Kraftmaid is discontinuing its Venicia frameless cabinet line for the following reasons:
- Consumers, designers and installers understand framed cabinetry better than "frameless"
- Clearly preferred by consumers, framed cabinetry dominates the North American market.
- Framed cabinetry is easier to install.
- Data shows that the ultra-modern look (high gloss, slab) is a downward trend, while "soft modern" styles (clean lines, warm woods) are gaining popularity.
How do you achieve the "soft modern" look with Kraftmaids current line-up? With door styles such as Avery, Mandolay, Melrose Oak, Putnam, Saratoga, Sedona, Sydney White - and, finishes such as Cinnamon, Cognac, Kaffe, Natural, Peppercorn, and Toffee. Talk to the "Best" designer for ways to incorporate this style into your design. Future plans from Kraftmaid include new door styles and finishes that meet the growing trend toward "soft modern" - Stay tuned........
